Warwick. The Hospital (yes it was)
I sat on the pavement to paint this view, and the next week a lorry knocked the railing down - dangerous work this painting lark
I remember, not so long ago, when the peacocks from Warwick Castle used to freely and unafraid strut the streets of the little town, and the cars would stop and wait for them, now even the humans have to be jolly quick to evade the relentless traffic
